Shipping policy

This policy covers orders from MemeJunx (memejunx.com) and YepThatsMe (yepthatsme.shop), both brands of MaxMir Group Ltd. Our Terms of Service apply in full.

Where we ship

We deliver to the countries offered at checkout. If our sites show that we don't ship to your country, orders can't be placed from there.

How long it takes

Every item is printed after you order it, then shipped by our production partner. Delivery time is production plus transit, and depends on the item and where it's going. The estimate for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Estimates are not guaranteed dates.

For consumers in the EU, we deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after your order is confirmed, unless we agreed a different period. Your legal rights if a delivery is late are not affected by any estimate.

Taxes and import charges

Deliveries within the EU: prices include VAT.
Deliveries to the United States: sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.
Elsewhere, import duties and fees can depend on the destination and on where the parcel ships from. We show these charges, or tell you that additional charges may apply, before you order. Charges not included in your payment are paid by the recipient.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking link when your order ships. An order with several items may arrive in more than one parcel.

Address problems and lost parcels

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because of an address error or because it wasn't collected, contact us and we'll arrange next steps; any reshipping cost is explained before you pay it.
If tracking shows no progress for an unusually long time, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
